Real Therapy Solutions, Inc. began in 2006  with mental health professionals specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy, maintaining a private practice in Port Charlotte, Florida. We currently have one male counselor on staff and are looking to fill a contractor position for a female counselor.

Real Therapy Solutions, Inc is an interactive, solution-focused practice. Our therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. We integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, we work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Education

All of our counselors hold a minimum of a Master's degree in a psychology related field and are licensed by the State of Florida to practice mental health counseling.

About our Counselors

Randy Crouch  is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, license number MH10076, a qualified supervisor (for LMHC interns), has over 17 years of counseling experience, and is a certified TF-CBT therapist. He has experience working with clients from age 5 to 12 and 21 to age 70. He has worked with severe and persistently mentally ill adults, worked in addiction recovery, and specializes in treating trauma (in kids and adults) as well as treating marriage and relationship issues.
