Rates
$95 per 50-minute session
Telehealth prepay plan: Get four, 50 minute sessions plus up to 20 emails or text messages in a 30 day period for only $280. This offer includes individuals or couples sessions. This offer is only for telehealth services and for Florida residents only (you must have a Florida based home address). Emails and text messages sent during business hours are typically answered within a few business hours, Monday through Friday. Emails and messages sent after hours or on the weekend are answered the next business day.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, subject to copay's and deductibles. We accept most major insurances, except Florida Blue (Blue Cross) and Medicare (all Medicare products including supplemental plans are not accepted). We also participate in several EAP or (Employee Assistance Plans). Check with your Human Resources Manager for more information about EAP. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is my copay? (The Specialist copay usually applies)
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
